Good For Your Heart and Brain
New research is showing that eating a diet rich in nutrients like folate, vitamin E, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids along with a diet low in saturated fat is significantly lowing the risk of Alzheimer's and heart disease.
Start cooking fish, leafy greens, and tomatoes (w/EVOO) and start snacking on fruit and nuts!!
