Melt

I ate brunch at Melt in Park Slope, Brooklyn this weekend. The food was farm fresh and delicious! The chef was a previous Top Chef competitor, Mark Simmons, who was not only fun to look at but also very skilled at his craft. Between my friends and I, we tried the Tofu BLT, the wild mushroom and asparagus omelet and the burger. A well balanced selection to test what was coming out of the kitchen- the verdict- A+
The restaurant name comes from the idea of melting different types of cuisines together and creating a fusion of spices, flavors and cultures. Basically, a melt in you mouth type place! Yum.
